Rockpool Bar & Grill is a steakhouse that serves the best quality beef in Australia, supported by a superb selection of responsibly-sourced, sustainable seafood.

The beef is sourced directly from producers and dry-aged on-premises. The deep relationship Rockpool chefs have forged with farmers gives them exclusive access to beef that is unobtainable in other restaurants. In-house butchers are the custodians of whole carcasses and premium cuts that they receive, painstakingly breaking them down in readiness of their nose-to-tail cooking philosophy.

Seafood is sourced directly from the fishermen and women who catch it and oftentimes call the chefs from their vessels, while still at sea, to inform them of their outstanding catch. Rockpool chefs dry-fillet on site, giving customers access to super-fresh, expertly-handled sustainable specimens.
