Spice Temple is a modern Chinese restaurant with a culinary focus on China’s lesser-known regions.

The menu charts an exciting spice trail through provinces such as Hunan, Yunnan, Sichuan, Xingjiang, Nanjing, Jiangxi and Guangxi, drawing on the rich food traditions and heritage of each region.

Aromatic and fragrant, the menus are a melting pot of robust flavours, including heady spices,  dried, fresh, salted, pickled, brined and fermented chillies, and careful techniques, such as stir-frying, tea smoking, dumpling mastery, steaming and pickling.

The balance and harmony that define Spice Temple transcend to the drinks menu, where a concise wine list and a carefully-curated selection of beers provide expert food pairings. The cocktail list focusses on fresh fruit and natural sodas and is inspired by the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. Cocktails are ever-evolving and change seasonally, providing harmonious menu accompaniments.
